We offer many educational opportunities for emergency service providers and mental health providers. The concept of pre-crisis education is often referred to as 'stress inoculation' meaning that knowing what you may be faced with can be instrumental in dealing with that situation.

Our inservices include "Command Officers & Critical Incidents", "Survival in the ER", "Law Enforcement Stress", "Heard but Often Overlooked" (Stress for Dispatchers), "Firefighter Stress" and "Crisis Intervention & Hostage Negotiating". These are customarily 2-4 hours in length but can be adapted for an agencies individual's needs. Other inservice topics can be customized as well. There isno fee associated with these inservices.

Our two and three-day courses offer skill training for interested individuals and agencies. There is a fee for these courses however we work very hard to keep the cost low.

The three-day course includes CISM: Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support & Group Crisis Intervention.

The two-day courses include: Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Postvention, CISM: When Disaster Happens, Line of Duty Death- Preparing the Best for the Worst, and  CISM: Advanced Group Crisis Intervention.
